1. Consultation. We look at your hair, talk through what you want, and agree on the service and the realistic result. A 15-minute consultation can also be booked on its own.
2. The service. We apply the technique you chose — colour, cut, styling or a treatment.
3. Toning and conditioning. Every colour service is toned to the exact shade you want, then deep-conditioned.
4. Styling. You leave finished and styled, not sent home with wet hair.

Which Colour Service Is Right for You?
AirTouch — a technique that uses air to separate out the finer hairs, so only the stronger strands are lightened. The result blends into your natural colour with no hard regrowth line, which is why it stays wearable longest between appointments. Choose it if you want natural-looking blonde or dimension without returning every six weeks.
Balayage — lightener painted freehand onto the surface of the hair, placing brightness where sunlight would naturally fall. Choose it for a lived-in, sun-kissed look.
Shatush — a freehand technique concentrated through the mid-lengths and ends. Choose it if you want depth kept at the root and a smooth fade below.
Full Head Highlights — sectioned highlighting throughout for consistent lift. Choose it for overall brightness rather than a painted, graduated effect.
Single Process Colour — one colour applied all over in a single step. Choose it to cover grey, go darker, or even out an uneven base. It is not the service for lightening into blonde.
